Service Description
The mandatory foundational diagnostic for the Picasso Standard. This forensic audit provides a technical ledger of your site’s subsurface health, identifying the root causes of hydraulic saturation and foundation stress. We deliver a comprehensive report featuring your site’s GPH (Gallons Absorbed Per Hour) metrics, subsurface mapping, and a prioritized remediation roadmap. Audit fees are 100% credited toward any subsequent Picasso Standard implementation.
Cancellation Policy
Site Access, Cancellations & Weather Policy: Access: Please ensure all gates are unlocked and pets are secured indoors prior to the scheduled time. Our Field Technician requires full access to the yard to perform soil and laser diagnostics. Lack of access will count as a no-show. Weather: As a drainage firm, we often work in the rain. However, in the event of severe weather (lightning/flooding) deemed unsafe by the Contractor, we will reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations: The Client must provide at least 48 hours' notice via email or text to reschedule or cancel any appointment. We require 48-hour notice via email or text for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a trip fee. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a 100% forfeiture of the fee. No refunds will be issued. Approval: All appointment requests are reviewed manually to ensure your property is within our service area. You will receive a confirmation email once approved.
