Service Description
Stop burying expensive issues under landscape makeup. Our field technicians come directly to your property to run a multi-point physical checkup before you invest in new plants or structural cosmetics. We test your topsoil clay ratios (soil ribbon test), measure absorption and compaction thresholds, and run a complete clearance check on your downspouts and catch basins. Note: The $250 fee is 100% credited back toward your design/first maintenance invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Site Access & Weather Policy: Access: Please ensure all gates are unlocked and pets are secured indoors prior to the scheduled time. Our Field Technician requires full access to the yard to perform soil and laser diagnostics. Weather: In the event of heavy rain or standing water that prevents accurate soil testing, we will contact you to reschedule for the next available dry window. Cancellations: We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a trip fee. Approval: All appointment requests are reviewed manually to ensure your property is within our service area. You will receive a confirmation email once approved.
