Cancellation Policy
1. PURPOSE This policy establishes the formal operational boundaries, technical compliance standards, and intake guidelines for the Garden Picasso $0 Virtual Property Assessment tier. The objective of this policy is to maximize lead collection efficiency for basic maintenance, tree-trimming, and rental property clean-outs, while strictly protecting the firm’s engineering resources, preventing uncompensated structural liabilities. 2. SCOPE This policy applies to all inbound digital submissions routed through the online Wix intake platform designated as "Virtual Assessment," "Virtual Property Review," or "Remote Cosmetic Layout." It governs all internal actions taken by Garden Picasso personnel, subcontractors, and platform automations from the moment a photo file is uploaded to the release of the final flat-rate project proposal. 3. MANDATORY PHOTO UPLOAD PROTOCOLS (THE QUALITY GATE) To qualify for a $0 review, the prospective client must assume the data-gathering burden. Submissions that do not meet the following criteria will be auto-paused: Volume: A minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (7) unique photographic assets must be attached to the digital upload form. Fidelity: Photos must be captured in bright daylight conditions. Blurry, low-resolution, or nighttime images are automatically non-compliant. (Unless landscape lighting is present and abundant) Perspective Requirements: * At least one (1) wide-angle frame establishing the street-facing property facade or full yard boundary line. At least two (2) targeted frames focused explicitly on the problem zones (e.g., canopy overgrowth, overgrown landscape beds, or dead vegetation).
